Description
Semi-Unitized System
In Semi-unitized construction, it is is a combined system between traditional Stick system and the unitized. With Semi – Unitized, fabrication and assemble are performed at factory, installation aluminum frame and finalization are completed at construction site.
Stick System
In stick construction, the frame is constructed mainly on site with mullions and transoms supporting glass, spandrel panels, metal panels and brise-soleils, connected piece by piece. Each mullion is usually supported by the floor or perimeter beams.
